A pre-listing appraisal will provide you with an unbiased valuation of your home. Our appraisal team do not have no vested interest in the value of your property. The appraiser will be able to valuate your home on it’s features resulting in setting a realistic sale price, or the client may be surprised that your home value is higher that you thought.
